This task is to look for all the core-service=platform-mbean items and make sure the listed classifications are applied.

The basic issue here is these resources are not using AttributeDefinition/OperationDefinition and need to be converted to that in order to support configuring the constraint.

Note: IT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO CONVERT ALL OF THESE RESOURCES. Only those that need sensitivity classifications. In fact I'd prefer that changes be kept as focused as possible.
