Are you reporting a deadlock problem ??? If so, please change this ticket to bug - blocker AND provide a reproducer.

(By the way, the classloader architecture was completely redesigned for 6.x, so you can't just compare 5.6 and 6.x.
Is there any reason why you would prefer an old, no longer supported version for your project?
