https://github.com/bstansberry/wildfly-core/commits/WFCORE-446 has a patch for this, but before sending a PR I want to be sure HAL's "Replace" workflow will no longer result in deployed apps getting undeployed because the user needs to check the "Enable" checkbox even though the deployment is currently deployed.
