Nick doesn't have time to work on this everytime there is an issue, because his role is productization.  Stefan, from the security team, also is not available to work on it, although he has in the past, and in many cases he is getting distracted from his security work with being asked to work on it for TCK and support cases.

There isn't a resource who's job it is to take care of this area, so we are exploring the possibilities to lessen the resource need in this area.
