Related idea: we could redesign the tests to use any number of nodes, so that we can test with different number of owners, such that owners < cluster_size. Unfortunately ARQ uses a lot of hard-coded stuff so this makes it quite difficult. Otherwise the framework could be handed over the deployments and take care about it, the client can take random or n-th node for instance.
