Paa, Max is tools lead and  has already checked this.

What you are getting is mostly a warning and it is save to ignore.
There is already discussion about this here https://community.jboss.org/message/852481

In short in CR1 we added option to enable persistent sessions between redeploys which helps development lifecycle.
It is a new feature and as such has few bugs :-) but that is a warning and not error and it is safe to ignore, it just tells you that it was unable to reload session after redeploy.
