I don't see any change to the parts of the page I pointed out. I am browsing with Firefox 30.0. I still see literally "[TOC-quickstart]" on the Readme.md page. And the link is still broken.

You'll also notice that all the redirects you get to from this page are also broken: https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/WFLY8/Getting+Started+Developing+Applications+Guide
