This feature exists in WildFly 8.0. See WFLY-424.

> The <domain-controller> element in hosts.xml allows you to configure a remote DC, but it require having a fixed hostname or IP address. In an environment like EC2, it would be nice to be able to have the DC located via a similar mechanism to clustering, such as using a S3 bucket to store the location.
