We have a maven plugin to do this, eventually it will be split into two libraries however what we have now is sufficient to perform the split.

> At the moment we have some ant scripts that create the server. Other projects that do similar things have taken these and adapted them. When we split up the code base we do not want to just be copying these scripts everywhere, instead all the code that is required to build the server should be in a separate maven artefact, that can be consumed by other projects.
