I am seeing this quite often, here is some basic information to should narrow this down very much:
* Happens just after restarting one of the cluster nodes.
* Error is gone when the entire cluster is restarted instead.
* The logging is happening on the node being restarted.
* Cleaning up /data, /tmp, /log does not help.
* Every restart adds one more line of logging.
* After some timeout, when the node is rejoining, the warnings are gone.
