When using programmatic creation of a JChannel
* Variables are not substituted, e.g. {{myvar="${my.port:10}"}}
* System properties are ignored, e.g. {{-Djgroups.bind_addr=192.168.1.5}} does *not* set {{TP.bind_addr}}
