Michael:  unfortunately your PR's seem to have broken the wildfly build if applied to the wildfly codebase.

I'll be asking the wildfly guys or someone with more XML experience, and you're welcome to review the wildfly test suite to see what's gone wrong. 

On the other side, we have a bug upstream at eclipse for them to fix their validation errors:  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=315741

We won't be currently accepting this PR at this time.
