Initial tests show that Elytron's JACC implementation is passing all tests related with JACC in WildFly.

However, some very minor changes were required in order to support those tests cases. Basically, these changes are related with producing an XML as a result of the toString method on ElytronPolicyConfiguration.

We can probably change these tests to expect a JSON instead.
