I added support for dtables in xlsx format in drools with these 2 commits: https://github.com/droolsjbpm/droolsjbpm-knowledge/commit/e3cfc57a2 and https://github.com/droolsjbpm/drools/commit/87416a80a

Since I'm not sure if this is enough or there is something to be done on the workbench side I'm leaving this ticket open for now.
