yeah, I agree that it looks like a bit confusing. 

process-id-uuid and process-id-socket-binding are alternatives as we have some complex logic to check them.
1) There is either process-id-uuid or process-id-socket-binding setting
2) It should fail if you set both of them
3) It should fail if you set none of them

undefined the process-id-socket-binding fails with WFLYCTL0155 because it has no default value.
