Excel formulas used in XLS decision tables stopped working after Drools 5.6.x, (probably related with jExcel replacement for Apache Poi), blocking compilation attempts of these rule files.

I suspect this bug is still present in the latest 6.2 release, but didn't test.
Added a unit test file to reproduce the problem.
