    Resolution: Rejected


Undeploy does not trigger clean shutdown of a web application.  Failures of this nature will always happen during undeploy, unless:
1. The node is first suspended, ideally with a timeout
2. The requests are load balanced via mod_cluster and a STOP-APP is issued prior to undeploy.
