Unfortunately this is really not enough to figure out what is causing this deadlock. In particular a deadlock needs at least 2 locks and I only see the synchronization on the ProjectClassLoader itself there. Please at least provide the complete stack traces for what is relative to drools classes and also check if you can reproduce this deadlock even with drools 6.2.0.Final.
