Initially this provider just had the credential types registered, it is now starting to be the point that KeyStore implementations are registered.

ATM these are closely related but this may not be the case for future implementations.

Either way before Alpha1 is a good time to consider if we want to have one overall provider or break it up into smaller dedicated providers.
