[HHH-9419|https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-9419] fixes incorrect optimistic lock behavior for deleted entities in Hibernate ORM.

The problem is fixed in 4.3 and 5.0 branches. Either 4.3.8 or 5.0.0 Hibernate ORM upgrade is needed once the above versions are released.
