Dialing back priority since this seems to have no impact on app availability. 

Also, please provide reproducer and step by step instruction how to trigger this. Otherwise this issue cant be subject of investigation.

> after successful deployment , war file status is deployed. When i restart the server , war files status is showing as failed. there were no errors in the logs  and i am able to access the the application without any problems.
