I just see that WildFly 8.2.1 has been released http://wildfly.org/downloads/ and it contains 1.1.8.Final of Undertow https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/commits/8.x. So I think your best bet is to upgrade to WildFly 8.2.1 and give it a try there.
