Hello, I noticed the same problem when migrating my "full-ha" domain from 8.2.0 to 9.0.0.
It is the same with the latest 9.0.1 release :

[Server:server-one] 11:44:26,863 WARNING [org.jgroups.protocols.UDP] (INT-1,hq-cluster,master:server-one) JGRP000012: discarded message from different cluster ee (our cluster is hq-cluster). Sender was master:server-one (received 35 identical messages from master:server-one in the last 60012 ms)
[Server:server-two] 11:44:26,863 WARNING [org.jgroups.protocols.UDP] (INT-1,hq-cluster,master:server-two) JGRP000012: discarded message from different cluster ee (our cluster is hq-cluster). Sender was master:server-one (received 35 identical messages from master:server-one in the last 60012 ms)
[Server:server-one] 11:44:26,867 WARNING [org.jgroups.protocols.UDP] (INT-1,ee,master:server-one) JGRP000012: discarded message from different cluster hq-cluster (our cluster is ee). Sender was master:server-one (received 96 identical messages from master:server-one in the last 60013 ms)
