Server is unable to start if JBOSS_HOME contaings dolar character ($). This issue is valid for standalone and domain.

*How reproducible:*
RHEL, HPUX, Solaris

*Steps to Reproduce:*
# \[mkopecky at localhost jboss$eap\]$ ./bin/standalone.sh 

*Actual results:*
{noformat}
....
Error: Unable to access jarfile /home/mkopecky/eap/7.0.0.DR3/jboss/jboss-modules.jar
[mkopecky at localhost jboss$eap]$
