Hi Paul,
+1 for the removal of the "indexing" attribute from Infinispan configurations
+1 for removal of these dependencies:
 - *org.infinispan:infinispan-query*
 - *org.infinispan:infinispan-objectfilter*
 - *org.hibernate.hql:**

BUT these dependencies and related modules have to stay:
 - *org.apache.avro:**
 - *org.apache.lucene:**
 - *org.hibernate:** (all the Hibernate Search related artifacts)

Please let's not confuse Hibernate Search with Infinispan Query. We're removing Infinispan Query, not Hibernate Search.

Would it help if I were to fork your branch and revert some sections on it?
