After discussion with David about whole local resource loaders and where are modules loaded from, he advised me to leave it as it is now, at least until we talk with GSS guys on what extra info would they need from "module-info" operation, or if current proposed incarceration is fine for them.
As current impl doesn't expose psychical location of module I think that :list-resource-loader-paths will still need to stay as it is.
