I have encounter this issue when I searched around jboss forums. For instance page: https://developer.jboss.org/search.jspa?q=jboss It is impossible to scroll down the page and it will move back to the top.

I tried with both firefox and chrome.  I am setting it to critical, please update if it is not appropriate.
