- make AuthenticatedRealmIdentity.dispose() trigger a JAAS logout
- process the Subject to retrieve the CallerPrincipal group and use that principal in the AuthenticatedRealmIdentity
- rename all JAAS related classes to follow the naming convention for acronyms (i.e. use Jaas instead of JAAS in class names)
