https://issues.jboss.org/browse/EAP7-318 is adding resteasy-client.

This test serves as basic smoke tests to be run within the testsuite.
*BasicClientTestCase*:
* creates instance of resteasy client
* sends GET, POST, PUT and DELETE requests to the server
* verifies the answer from the server
