Reopening and assigning to Stuart as he reverted the commit. I don't know where he hits the problem so I'm not able to do anything now.

IMO we don't even need the profile {{"onlyOneSurefireExecution.basic.profile"}} in current {{pom.xml}} because it doesn't work now.
