it is missing in metadata https://github.com/jboss/metadata/tree/master/web/src/main/resources/schema

it is only present in 7.x branch https://github.com/jboss/metadata/tree/7.x/web/src/main/resources/schema
added as part of JBMETA-375 which would suggest that it was never included in master.
