Yes Jeff, the node id is received later however this is only ever used for logging.

What is happening is the server is crashing after Artemis has commited but before the Transaction Manager has deleted the TX log, therefore you see this message. The TX team usually suggest a manual user step to verify the state of the TX and delete the TX record manually.
