Why are you mentioning a ClassNotFoundException now? 
Did you experience it or are you just suggesting that this could happen under some specific circumstances? 
How is this related with the deadlock?

In general this start resembling more a police investigation task with some obscure clues here and there than a bug report :)
Please send me a reproducer or at least the complete stacks of the deadlocked threads, otherwise it's impossible for me to guess what's going wrong there.
