Jeff Mesnil resolved WFLY-5324.
-------------------------------
Resolution: Rejected
messaging-activemq's in-vm acceptor and connectors must define explicitly their server IDs.
We're moving away from having implicit default values for identifiers (eg. the name of the server must now be specified as it no longer defaults to "default).
There is no requirement to sync default values between WFLY9's messaging subsystem and WFLY10's messaging-activemq subsystem. Most of the time the value will be the same but it's not required.

> in-vm acceptor/connector in EAP 6 has default value for server-id set to 0. But in EAP 7 no default value is set. This causes that adding in-vm acceptor/connector without server-id in CLI succeeds in EAP 6 but fails in EAP 7. We should sync default values between EAP 6 and EAP 7.
