> The configs currently used in ParseAndMarshalModelsTestCase are edited variants, with legacy subsystems no longer supported removed. But that removal should no longer be necessary, since the tests use --admin-only mode and we have committed to support these subsystems in --admin-only. So we should restore the missing bits to have a more accurate test that legacy configs will work.
