This is fixed in master of wildfly-core and will be part of WildFly 11, in mean time you can grab latest version of script from github directly https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/blob/master/core-feature-pack/src/main/resources/content/docs/contrib/scripts/service/service.bat
