    Environment: JBDS 9.1.0.GA + JBDS-IS 9.0.0.CR1 (contains Drools 6.4.0.Final)  (was: JBDS 9.1.0.GA + JBDS-IS 9.0.0.CR1 (contains Drools 6.4.0.Final)
File -> New -> Other -> jBPM -> jBPM project
the pom.xml doesn't include any dependency.
