Update ide-config template for IntelliJ IDEA in https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/tree/master/ide-configs to reflect currently used code style in WildFly and WildFly Core.

Current template is 3 years old and a bit outdated.

Note: JIRAs for NetBeans and Eclipse will be created once you agree on what style should be
