IRC notifications were added to all our most commonly used jobs (for master branch for now). I will do some further monitoring and if everything goes well, we can configure even more jobs (e.g. for other branches).

I am considering this done as the Jenkins plugin was enabled and configured. It currently works for about dozen of jobs. Any further improvements should be treated as additional tasks.
