This does not seem to be related to WFCore 3.0.0.Alpha12. It is failing even with WF 10.1.0.Final with WFCore at version 2.2.0.Final. And it fails due to the same issue on EAP 7.0.x too. It even fails on 7.0.0.GA.

The test needs an additional permission {{SocketPermission("localhost:0", "listen,resolve")}}, I would say.
