Added test case "sysPropertyWithNormalDefaultValue" and "sysPropertyWithSpecialDefaultValue" to the test class {{ExpressionResolverUnitTestCase}} and fixed the class {{ExpressionResolver}}
(!) There's code duplication in the fixed class which needs to be cleaned up !!!
