Drools karaf features (https://github.com/droolsjbpm/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/master/drools-osgi/drools-karaf-features/pom.xml) refer to org.apache.geronimo.specs jars. We should try to migrate to JBoss spec files as we use them everywhere else.

We need to make sure all the JBoss specs jars are OSGi ready.

This should be fixed once we branch to 7.x.
