Indeed, it works now with the jboss-ejb3.xml following value :
<assembly-descriptor>
        <s:security>
            <ejb-name>*</ejb-name>
            <s:security-domain>jaspitest</s:security-domain>
        </s:security>
    </assembly-descriptor>.

Thanks for your explanation and my apologies for my misunderstanding.
