The issues was fixed as part of upgrade of Maven from 3.2.2 to 3.2.5 (done after 6.3.0.Final). [~abaxter] would you be able to test with 6.4.0.Beta1/6.4.0-SNAPSHOT just to make sure your use  case works? Thanks!
