Yes, I use user with the rest-all role.
Here are steps of jbds installation:
# From this link http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/mars/9.1.0.Beta2.html install jbds.
# Use this link https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/development/updates/integration-stack/earlyaccess/ to intall jbdsis.
# Continue with original steps.
