There's currently a TODO in [ClientCertAuthenticationMechanism#evaluateRequest|https://github.com/wildfly-security/wildfly-elytron/blob/master/src/main/java/org/wildfly/security/http/impl/ClientCertAuthenticationMechanism.java#L72] for making use of an established {{SecurityIdentity}} from an {{SSLSession}}. It should be possible to do this by making use of the API for propagating an identity between domains (ELY-178).
