Comparing the Javadoc with the current Undertow integration a String is constructed which concatenates all the parts together, the javdoc says without the query string but the implementation add it - if a mechanism only wants a part of the URI the String will need to be parsed and then the appropriate part extracted.

Provided the server makes the individual parts available a URI can always be constructed so simplify our API by having a single method that returns the URI and allow mechanisms to call it directly to extract the required parts.
