Working branch is https://github.com/jamezp/jboss-logmanager/tree/jdk9 and requires https://github.com/jamezp/jboss-modules/tree/jdk9. Tests do not get compiled on the logmanager as JUnit and hamcrest cannot be resolved.

The branch also includes the change for LOGMGR-136. The issue was created mainly as a reminder in case some of the commits are not included.
