[~pkremens] thanks for the update, but this issue is unrelated to the intermittent failures.
Nevertheless, there are 4 nodes in this test case, so specifying binding node0 and node1 to different interfaces (depending on the setup) the LON site will not cluster and the test will fail as per your paste.
Specifying all 4 addresses does work, e.g.
