There is an inconsistency between DMR and XSD representation of {{mechanism-provider-filtering-sasl-server-factory}}.

According to XSD [1] {{filters}} may not occur in {{mechanism-provider-filtering-sasl-server-factory}}. According to DMR {{filters}} is {{"nillable" => false}}. This should be unified.
